All orders must be received by phone or email 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders made after that period must be made by phone only. We cannot guarantee the availability of items reserved less than a week prior to delivery. An additional $25 fee will be applied to all same day orders.

ALL orders must be secured with a MasterCard, Visa or Discover card.

We allow cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to deliver. If cancellations are made after that period, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the total order. Store credit may be given at the discretion of management.

We re-inspect our inventory prior to delivery however; if a problem arises upon your arrival, please notify our office immediately. We will supply a replacement item.

The customer is responsible for the condition of the inventory during the rental period. The customer will be charged the full replacement cost for any lost or damaged inventory in addition to the original rental cost. The customer is also expected to return the inventory in reasonably clean condition. If rental items are not returned in satisfactory condition, there will be an additional cleaning charge beyond the cost of the original rental.

In peak season (February-April) we can not honor special delivery requests. The trucks must adhere to their scheduled routes. We will assist you in determining the most appropriate delivery arrangements for you particular needs. This includes pick up procedure on the day of your departure. Rental items must be ready for pick up by 9 A.M. on the day of your departure. ALL special delivery requests must be arranged through management. If special arrangements must be made, there will be additional charges to re-route trucks.

All orders must be a minimum of $30 to be eligible for delivery.
