ABC rentals will not be held liable or responsible for injuries as a result of use, misuse or lack of proper supervision and does not warrant or guarantee the fitness of the equipment for intended use. Failure to supervise can result in injury.

Customers will be charged for any loss of or damage to rental items that occurs during the rental period.

A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.

All items are rented for a minimum of one week unless prior arrangements have been made with ABC rentals.

To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, a 48 notice must be given.
